Product Manager

We are searching for someone to manage our experience line. This calls for someone who can not only manage the relations with our business partners, but who can capture the essence of each experience and translate it into the copy and imagery on our website and print collateral. Here are our immediate objectives :

• Develop & manage relationships with our partners to ensure they are happy and know how to handle our customers.
• Write clear and succinct descriptions and instructions for our experience packs.
• Layout and design packages
• Keep our website up to date
• Manage production of packages.
• Manage fulfillment of online orders.

We're a small company so there is plenty of room for growth and improvement. As you grow into the role, we hope you might also want to branch into some other responsibilities; perhaps :

• Improve our marketing and packaging materials to be better looking and more cost effective to produce.
• Seek out (and try) new experiences to be included in our offering.
• Creating an online marketing program
• Write articles for press, and creating buzz.
• Write an activity blog

There are some obvious perks with this job. We think it would be ideal for a recent marketing graduate who loves to write, has some design background/ability, and is ready for a challenge. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is a big plus. If you've got a car and can drive, that's going to double your chances of doing cool things. You should live in or near San Francisco.
