Terms & Conditions of Sale

Buying an experience infers agreement to these terms and conditions.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTIONS

The information describing this experience is correct at the time of print. However, the format and details of experiences may change slightly over time. The stated duration of each experience is given as a guide only and may differ slightly depending on provider and the day. Where the experience is taken as part of a small group there may be some waiting involved. The photographs used in this package and our promotional material are only intended to provide a general idea of the experience. The vehicles, equipment, craft, animals, and settings at each venue do vary.

AVAILABILITY OF EXPERIENCES

Voucher holders must follow the booking instructions enclosed within the package. Many experiences have finite availability, and advance booking is usually required. Whilst some experience providers may be able take a booking at short notice, they will usually require at least two weeks notice or more, depending on the experience. During the summer or peak season/weekends, several weeks notice may be required. We advise you to book at the earliest possible time, and do not make travel arrangements until the scheduling has been confirmed by the suppler.

LOCATIONS & EXPERIENCES

The voucher may be valid for use with multiple experiences providers. We have made every effort to select the best experience providers and venues for each experience. We are continually adding to the locations we offer, but occasionally we may need to withdraw venues. If your venue is withdrawn you will be offered alternative venues, wherever possible, but this will most likely be at a different location or with another provider.

EXPERIENCE PROVIDERS

We act as an agent for the participating experience providers and accept no liability whatsoever arising from activities conducted by them. We have agreements with our providers regarding their standard of performance and providers are registered with their relevant controlling or regulatory bodies. We have not however undertaken a detailed examination of all their equipment, facilities or systems. Once a booking has been made with an experience provider, you are bound by the terms and conditions of that provider, so please check these before confirming your booking.

SPECTATORS

Depending on the experience, spectators may be welcome. Occasionally a center may charge to cover insurance and/or refreshments. Some venues may have restrictions on spectators due to safety regulations. Check with the venue when you make your booking.

RESTRICTIONS

Many experiences are subject to restrictions on age, size and weight. Any restrictions that apply to this experience will be detailed in the experience overview elsewhere in this package. Check these carefully and if you are in any doubt about your suitability to participate, please call the provider or the RealLifeGifts hotline (1-877 EXP-THIS). We will be happy to advise you on your suitability for a particular experience and/or locations for persons with disabilities.

VOUCHERS

Please keep your voucher safe. It is evidence of payment for your experience, and you will need to present it at the venue to redeem your experience. We will not be liable in the event of the event of the vouchers being lost, damaged or stolen. The voucher is invalid if altered or tampered with.

RealLifeGifts Inc is the issuer of the voucher and carries the full financial liability for the value of the voucher until it is redeemed with the provider.

At the time of printing, the listed providers have agreed to honor the voucher for the experience described. From time to time we may need to remove a provider or withdraw an experience completely. In such cases the supplier listed will no longer honor the voucher. If the experience is withdrawn we will offer you an exchange or refund.

EXCHANGES

Experience packs for a specific experience may, at the sole discretion of RealLifeGifts, be exchanged for another experience prior to booking,. An administration fee of $15 will be charged. If your chosen experience is higher in price than the amount originally paid, you will be charged the difference. If the experience you choose has a lower value, we will hold the remaining credit for use towards another purchase for one year. This credit is non-refundable. Exchanged vouchers are non-refundable.

EXTENSIONS

The voucher included with this pack is valid only for the specified experience up until the date specified on the voucher. This date is also specified on the rear of the package. This will be a minimum of six months from the date of purchase. If you have purchased an experience pack whose validity is less than six months from the purchase date, please call our experience hotline immediately at 1-877-EXP-THIS

Except where prohibited by law, and at the discretion of RealLifeGifts, you may extend the validity of the voucher for an additional six months by paying an administrative supplement of $15, plus any increase in the retail price for this experience. If the experience has been discontinued, you may choose from our selection of equal or lesser priced experiences. Call 1-877-EXP-THIS or email us to arrange.

REFUNDS

Original vouchers must be returned to us before any exchanges or refunds can be made. For experiences purchased directly from RealLifeGifts, a full refund is available on request within 14 days of receipt of the package. After 14 days, and up to the expiry date, refunds are subject to a $15 administration fee. Once the experience has been booked, no refunds can be made.

If this experience has been purchased from one of our retail partners, a refund can only be obtained by returning both the pack and the unused voucher, in good condition, to the place of purchase together with the corresponding till receipt. Any refund will be subject to the policies of that store.

CANCELLATIONS

You shall be responsible for booking and scheduling directly with the experience provider. Upon scheduling, you enter into an agreement directly with the provider, subject to the providers own terms and conditions to which RealLifeGifts is not a party. Any cancellation or alteration of a scheduled service will be a matter of individual negotiation between you and the provider.

If your experience is cancelled by the provider on the day because of circumstances beyond their control (such as weather), they will arrange another session for you at a mutually agreed time.

COMPLAINTS

We value and welcome your feedback on our experiences. You may submit your comments by through our website at: http://www.RealLifeGifts.com/feedback/

If you have a problem or complaint on the day, please bring it to the attention of the host or experience manager at the venue as soon as possible so they have chance to rectify the situation. We will consider it unreasonable if you write a letter of complaint to us at a later date, but take no action during the event.
